Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at naintararetails.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to naintararetails, Shahpur, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh-202125.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to naintararetails, accessible from https://naintararetails.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 07 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the payment processing charges incurred by us.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The item must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged or used.
  2. The return must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
  3. A video must be made while unboxing the parcel and must be submitted along with the return request.
  4. The reason for the return must be clearly stated.

Once we receive your return request and video, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate the refund process, and you will receive the refund amount to your original payment method within a 07 days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Please note that if the return is not initiated within 3 days of delivery or if the product is damaged or used, we reserve the right to reject the return.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund of the product’s price. In this case, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to reject any return, cancellation, or refund request if the above conditions are not met.

Please note that returns will only be accepted when the item is defective, damaged, or not working. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as color preference or not liking the product. If we accept a return based on an issue with the product but find that the item is in satisfactory condition upon inspection, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for both the return and the reshipment.

Note:- Important instructions for buying thrifted clothes:-

1. Clothes will not be returned.

2. Clothes will not be exchanged.

3. Order will not be cancelled.
